Chelsea had the second weakest offense among the top six teams last season, and they are working on improving that to win the title this time.

Man United are coming off one of their worst seasons in years, having finished 15th in the Premier League with only 42 points and losing the Europa League final to Tottenham. The Red Devils made three big transfers in the pre-season, and all are in the attack, acquiring Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, and Matheus Cunha.
