The event is structured as a two-stage tournament, beginning with online qualifiers and concluding with the LAN finals. In Stage 1 (Online Playoffs), 16 invited teams were split into two GSL-style double-elimination groups of eight.
All matches were conducted in a best-of-three (Bo3) format, with the top three teams from each group advancing directly to the LAN finals. This brings the total number of participants in Stage 2 to six. The LAN Finals follow a single-elimination format. Team Vitality and FURIA Esports, having secured first place in the online phase’s upper bracket, advanced directly to the semifinals. FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, MOUZ, and M80 began their campaigns in the quarterfinals.
Both the quarterfinals and semifinals are played in a best-of-three format. The Grand Final will follow a best-of-five structure. The total prize pool stands at $400,000, with $70,000 allocated to the online stage and the remaining $330,000 set aside for the finals.
