In January 2015, the Dutch regulator (KSA) fined ComeOn Europe Ltd €180,000 for targeting Dutch consumers without a license, despite warnings to remove Dutch-language options and marketing targeting the Netherlands. ComeOn appealed the decision but eventually paid the fine. The company acted in good faith and complied with the regulator’s instructions.

The most significant case occurred in February 2021, when Sweden’s Gaming Authority, Spelinspektionen, penalized four ComeOn Group brands, ComeOn Sweden, Casinostugan, Hajper, and Snabbare, for offering repeated bonuses to existing customers, in violation of Swedish law. These operators received warnings and combined penalty fees totaling SEK 175 million (approximately €17 million), the maximum allowed. Although the companies appealed the decision in 2022, Sweden’s Administrative Court upheld penalties for ComeOn Sweden, Snabbare, and Casinostugan but reduced Hajper’s fine from SEK 50 million to SEK 40 million. Following the final ruling, ComeOn updated its bonus policies, removed unauthorized promotions, and strengthened internal compliance monitoring to prevent repeat breaches.

In August 2023, the Norwegian regulator issued formal notices to ComeOn brands, including ComeOn, Folkeriket, GetLucky, and Mobilebet, to cease providing services to residents under their existing MGA licenses.
