22Bet Compared to Other Market Leaders
22Bet has an edge over several of its competitors in key areas. Its welcome offer is €122 in bonus compared to bet365 with €30 bonus, and Stake, which doesn’t offer any sports bonus for new customers.
Stake, BetOnline, and Bodog don’t have a mobile app, and MozzartBet doesn’t have a live streaming feature. 22Bet’s minimum deposit of €1 is user-friendly; Betway and Betika set minimums at £5 and €10, respectively.
22Bet’s payout of 94% is lower than BetOnline (96.3%), Bet9ja (95%), SportyBet (96%), MozzartBet (96%), BetLion (96%), and Betika (97%). It also limits max profit, but Stake, Betway, Betika, and BetLion don’t have caps on how much you can profit from your wagers. Finally, 22Bet processes withdrawals in seven days, compared to Stake, Bet9ja, and SportyBet, which do it in 24 hours, and MozzartBet’s instant withdrawal.
About 22Bet and Marikit Holdings Ltd
22Bet belongs to Marikit Holdings Ltd, an iGaming company established in 2016 and registered in Cyprus. The company owns several other high-profile sportsbook brands, including BetWinner and Megapari.
TechSolutions Group N.V., owned by Marikit Holdings Ltd, is in charge of operating 22Bet. It is headquartered in Curacao, where it obtained a sub-license (8048/JAZ2017-067) from master license holder Antillephone N.V. in 2017. The company also holds a Kahnawake license (#00867), obtained in Canada’s Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in 2021. Its subsidiary TechSolutions (CY) Group Ltd is registered in Cyprus and supports payments and EU consumer correspondence for associated gambling brands.
All of the mentioned companies are interlinked and share executives and structure. Marikit Holdings Ltd is a private company, and the information about it is scarce. TechSolutions Group N.V. has a website promoting its brands and sharing a commitment to a customer-first approach, responsible gaming, and the security and safety of punters. There is no mention of its financial health or holding structure.
22Bet is a crypto-first gambling one-stop shop. Its main target audience is gamblers who prefer to use cryptocurrencies as the primary payment method for betting and casino games. Users can make deposits and withdrawals with crypto and are eligible for bonuses. The company primarily targets emerging markets like Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Where You Can Bet With 22Bet
22Bet has a worldwide reach, operating in Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania, and the Americas. However, its availability is restricted or blocked in some countries due to laws or a lack of a local license. This includes the United States and Australia. You can check the full overview in the map below.
Canada
22Bet has a presence in Canada under the Kahnawake iGaming license. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, a regulatory body of the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in Quebec, issues it. The sportsbook isn’t allowed to legally offer its services in Ontario due to a lack of a license. In other provinces, the sportsbook operates in the “grey zone.” This means it can accept punters due to a lack of a legal framework for gambling.
Kahnawake Gaming Commission
India
22Bet serves users in India through a Curacao license. The country accepts platforms with offshore licenses due to a lack of uniform laws. It has become a significant market for the bookie thanks to its coverage of locally popular sports like cricket, Hindi language support, and acceptance of local payment methods and the Indian Rupee. It is available in all states where betting is legal or unregulated. The sportsbook is blocked in states where gambling is outlawed, although punters can access it using a VPN.
Bangladesh
Gambling is illegal in Bangladesh. However, there are no regulations concerning online betting, which allows offshore platforms to operate in the country. 22Bet operates in Bangladesh through its Curacao license. It accepts local gamblers and offers a platform in the Bengali language. Additionally, it supports local payment methods like bKash.
22Bet in Africa
22Bet has a strong presence in Africa, where it looks to take advantage of the emerging betting markets. It operates as a legal and licensed bookie in countries with strong gambling regulations, like Kenya, Uganda, and Nigeria. In an unregulated market, it operates as an offshore site through a Curacao license.
Uganda
In Uganda, 22Bet operates legally in partnership with the local company Arcadia Hospitality Limited. This firm holds a sports betting (NLGRB-BMTOL-56-455) license from the Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board. The bookmaker offers a smooth mobile experience and supports local payment methods like Airtel and MTN.
Kenya
22Bet in Kenya is operated by Nuntis Holdings LTD, which holds the license (license Number: 0000701) from Kenya’s Betting Control and Licensing Board. The bookie has strong ties with the Kenyan market, sponsoring various tournaments like the Elijah Lidonde Super Cup and social initiatives. Punters can also wager on domestic leagues and cups. It has platform and customer support in Kiswahili and popular local payment methods like Airtel and M-PESA.
Ghana
Lantini Limited is the company that legally operates 22Bet in Ghana, holding the license (GCCA25T8053Y) from the Gaming Commission of Ghana. The bookie is fully integrated in the market and offers deposit and withdrawal options preferred by the locals, like Vodafone Cash. It covers the Ghana Premier League, although the selection of markets isn’t robust and focuses on match and halftime outcomes, totals, handicaps, and props.
Zambia
22Bet is licensed (LN: 0001147) in Zambia by the Lotteries and Betting Control Board of Zambia through Arcadia Hospitality Limited. It offers markets from the top national competition in football and basketball. Considering the country’s reliance on mobile payments, it supports popular mobile payment services, including Airtel and MoMo.
Nigeria
22Bet in Nigeria holds a license (LN:000103) from the National Lottery Regulatory Commission through Arcadia Hospitality LTD, which operates the platform. This license allows it to operate legally across the entire Nigeria. To strengthen its regulatory compliance, the sportsbook also holds several state licenses. The bookie covers the Nigeria Professional Football League and the Nigeria Federation Cup, the two most important domestic football competitions.
Ethiopia
Arcadia Sport PLC, operator of the 22Bet platform in Ethiopia, has a bookmaker license (LN: 050/2019) from the National Lottery Administration. The bookie offers a website and customer support in Amharic, the country’s most commonly used official language. Local coverage is limited to the Ethiopian Premier League, with a few available markets.
Tanzania
Betwin Limited is the local partner of 22Bet in Tanzania and has a license (LN: SBI000000015) from the Ministry of Finance and Planning Gaming Board of Tanzania. The local bettors can only wager on the Tanzanian Premier League; other domestic competitions are absent. The platform is available in Swahili, and users can also receive customer support in the same language. The bookie offers locally popular payment methods like Tigo Pesa.
Offshore Jurisdictions
22Bet holds a Curacao license, which allows it to legally operate in different regions of the world as an offshore bookmaker. It is one of the first licenses to be offered for remote gaming back to 1993. The advantage of the license for operators is that it’s easy to obtain and covers various iGaming services reasonably. It is popular among bookies targeting Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Curacao Gaming Control Board (GCB)
- License number OGL/2024/590/0758
- Account number 144920
- Granted 14/04/2025
- Status Active
However, it ranks lower than licenses from popular offshore jurisdictions like Malta. This is mainly due to perceived lack of commitment to user protection, looser oversight, and slower response times to complaints.
Regulatory Track Records
22Bet had a few run-ins with regulatory bodies in the past, but has yet to face any fines. In 2019, its parent company, Marikit Holdings Ltd, was the subject of a complaint in Cyprus by a user who wanted to delete their account and erase their data from the platform. The person claimed the bookie denied the request and was only willing to block the account for one year. In response to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, the company said it couldn’t verify the individual’s identity as they didn’t provide a relevant email address during the registration process. After verifying the user’s identity, 22Bet approved the request, leading to the dismissal of the case.
In New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation complained to the Department of Internal Affairs that 22Bet targets local punters with misleading ads. The bookie used an ad featuring retired cricketer Brendon McCullum as part of a promotional campaign in New Zealand despite not being licensed there. The Department of Internal Affairs eventually contacted the bookmaker with a request to stop this kind of promotional campaign.
Odds
22Bet posts its odds earlier than most other bookmakers. The odds were available several months ahead for high-profile events, like boxing fights, FIBA EuroBasket, and matches of the Premier League’s season opening. For less-popular sports, the odds are present seven days before kickoff.

I could choose between six odds formats: Decimal, US, UK, Hong Kong, Indonesian, and Malaysian. There was a quick toggle for formats on the home page on mobile and desktop versions of the site and the app. When using the default Decimal format, odds appear with three decimal places. However, this changes depending on the market. The outcomes are sometimes rounded to two decimal places; double chance bets may show just one decimal place.
The platform adjusts the odds in real time. The increased odds are marked with green animation and temporarily turn green; the lowered odds are marked with red animation and temporarily turn red. Clicking an event lets you track how the odds have moved since they were posted. You’ll see this information in a chart format.
22Bet offers margins between 5% and 6% for popular sports. There is no noticeable uplift across different jurisdictions. The operator doesn’t disclose how margins are calculated. It only provides short instructions on calculating implied probability from odds as part of its Help Section.
Payment Options
22Bet offers traditional methods like bank transfers, debit/credit cards, e-wallets, mobile payment services, prepaid vouchers, and cryptocurrency. Additionally, the bookie includes locally popular payment methods for each regulated market.
For example, in Canada, punters can use card payments through Visa and Mastercard, although bank alternatives like Interac and iDebit are preferred. Alternatives include cryptocurrency and e-wallets like Jeton, Skrill, and AstroPay.
In Ireland, there are a total of 45 available options. The list includes Visa and Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller, and prepaid options in Paysafecard. Various bank transfer options are available, including Revolut, N26, and Wise.
In African countries, 22Bet offers various mobile payment services, which are the preferred method locals use to pay for goods and services. The selection depends on the country, but the most frequent are Airtel, M-PESA, MoMo (MTN Mobile Money), Vodafone Cash, and Tigo Pesa. They are usually available for withdrawals and deposits.
Punters will have access to a wide range of cryptocurrencies regardless of country. The list of available tokens is regularly updated. Supported crypto coins include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron, Dogecoin, Binance Coin, Litecoin, XRP, and Solana. Deposits with this method are instant; withdrawals can take up to 24 hours.
The deposit and withdrawal minimums were clearly stated each time I clicked on a payment method. The bookmaker doesn’t charge any fees for these transactions, although some options come with added costs charged by the payment provider. Deposits are instant for most options aside from wire transfers. Withdrawals can take 15 minutes for e-wallets and up to 7 business days for payment cards. Once approved, withdrawals can’t be canceled, but you can still cancel a pending one by contacting customer support.
When registering my account, I needed to select the primary currency for betting. The sportsbook offers a multi-currency account, allowing me to add more currencies to My Account.
Betting Variety
22Bet covers more than 50 sports. Aside from mainstream sports like football and basketball, it includes many niche events. I found regional favourites like Gaelic football, sumo, kabaddi, and water polo. There are several emerging sports like netball, pickleball, and disc golf. Punters can also browse through virtual sports in a separate section.

I was most impressed by novelty bets. For example, I could place a wager on the outcomes of elections in several countries and the way certain political decisions will turn out. There were also options for predicting the winners of TV shows and miscellaneous celebrity rumors, like whether legendary quarterback Tom Brady will confirm his relationship with actress Sydney Sweeney.
Esports receives great coverage at 22Bet. I could browse markets for Counter-Strike tournaments, DOTA 2, League of Legends, Valorant, Rainbow Six, CrossFire, and Halo. There is also an option to bet on Game of the Year Award winners.
For core sports like football, 22Bet includes pre-season matches, reserve leagues, friendlies, and regional cups. There is also a wide range of lower-tier and youth leagues and women’s competitions. You can stake on futures like season and tournament winners, top scorers, and awards. For example, England has an astonishing selection, and you can bet on who’ll win the Premier League and the winners of all lower tiers. There are additional intriguing markets. One example is whether Liverpool’s Florian Wirtz will score over or under two goals from the assists provided by Jeremie Frimpong.
22Bet prioritizes national leagues and competitions, displaying them as the “TOP CHAMPIONSHIPS” section on the sports list. I could edit it by adding any competition that I was interested in.
Flagship matches usually have over 1,200 markets available in pre-match wagering. The market counter is prominently visible in the event header. I could place standard bets like moneyline and totals, but also choose a variety of handicaps and player props. The bookie offers period markets for each half or quarter on top of interval options like “goal after minute” and “goal in time interval.” I could pick whether I want to see the full range of markets at once or filter them by groups like “popular,” “totals,” and “players.”
22Bet offers the Bet Builder option, which is called “Constructor.” I had to turn it on using the slider in the event’s header to use it. The number of eligible markets for this option is lower than the competition. The bookmaker also offers pre-constructed combinations of markets, which usually focus on the final result and goals/points totals.
Live Betting and Streaming
Using 22Bet’s in-play platform, I could place live bets on most pre-match sports the bookie offers. It includes major sports like football, basketball, cricket, and tennis, and niche sports like volleyball, table tennis, darts, and Esports. Another positive thing was the availability of lower-tier leagues, youth and women’s leagues, and friendlies. The live markets are available 24/7 and cover leagues worldwide, including Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Australia.
The number of markets on the in-play platform depends on the sport and the event’s popularity. Aside from traditional options, there are various “quick events,” which include wagering on correct results for short intervals. Football usually has 500+ markets, tennis between 100 and 150, and niche events between 10 and 50 markets.
Competitions | Live Betting | Live Streaming |
---|---|---|
Every in-play event features a comprehensive scoreboard. For football, it displays all the most important statistics like yellow cards, corners, dangerous attacks, and the recent form of teams. For other sports, it shows the basic information, like current results. More detailed stats open up if you click on a separate section. Some events, like tennis matches, also feature animated match trackers.
Despite the odds changing, there was no noticeable delay when placing in-play wagers. I could also set a rule on whether I want to accept any odds change or just the increased ones. The bookie offers cash out on live selections, although the availability of this option depends on the market. The bookie refers to it as “Bet Slip Sale.” I could select between full, partial, and auto cash out.
22Bet also has a live streaming feature, but it isn’t standalone. You need to access the “LIVE” section and tick the box next to “With live stream.” After that, the platform will display every in-play event you can watch live. Choose the event and click the “Show video stream” button to open the player. The selection will depend on your location. High-profile events are usually unavailable, but there is no lack of content. For example, during my review, I could watch games from the Nigeria Community Cup, the British Twenty20 cricket league, the Under 20 Six Nations Championship for women, and Premier Padel Malaga. Best of all, I didn’t even need any funds in my account.
Bonuses and Promotions
22Bet offers a sports welcome bonus in the form of a 100% match on the first deposit. The maximum value is roughly the same in all regions. In Canada, it’s up to 190 CAD, in Ireland it’s 122 EUR, and in Kenya it’s 19,000 KES. I didn’t need a promo code to take advantage of this welcome offer.
The bookie clearly states all the terms and conditions of the welcome bonus. Users need to opt in during registration to be eligible. It comes with a 5x wagering requirement. Each stake needs to have three selections with a minimum odds of 1.40. You’ll have seven days to meet the conditions. Withdrawals from the account are turned off until you meet the requirement. Cryptocurrency deposits are not eligible for this offer.
The bookmaker also runs various other promotions for punters, including a Friday reload sportsbook bonus. When you deposit on Friday, the operator will match it 100% up to 100 EUR or equivalent in other currencies. This bonus is subject to a 3x wagering requirement in accumulator bets featuring three or more selections with a minimum odds of 1.40. The requirement must be met within 24 hours of the bonus being awarded. You’ll also find weekly rebates, bonuses for a series of losing bets, birthday bonuses, bet boosters, booster odds, and promos tied to high-profile events.
VIP Club
22Bet doesn’t have a standard VIP club with a personal account manager, VIP support, or luxury gifts like other sportsbooks. However, the bookie offers a loyalty-like program where users earn points by placing bets or playing casino games. Later, these points can be exchanged in the 22Bet shop for free bets, spins, and other rewards. The program is available to bettors who have been registered for at least one month. The bookmaker must also determine that they have been active on the platform.
Website
The first thing I’ve noticed is that the 22Bet website has many banners and features on the main page. This is likely why it loads more slowly on desktop and mobile. On the positive side, the registration process was simple and fast. I only needed to select the bonus I wanted, enter basic information, and I already had access to the entire platform.
You’ll find the list of sports on the left side. The header allows quick navigation to different sections, including live betting, casino, bonuses, and Esports. The shortcuts for virtual sports, statistics, and results are clearly visible. You can also switch between different odds formats at all times, and there is no need to refresh for a new format to be displayed. The format is updated as soon as you select it.
The sports menu can be challenging because I needed to first scroll down to a particular sport, click on it to reveal different competitions, and only then could I get the full offer of markets. One thing that makes things easier is the search option. All you need to do is enter a team or an athlete, and the bookie will show you all games and competitions associated with them in under a second. Unfortunately, the search feature isn’t predictive. I could filter the events based on the time left before they start or include all the matches scheduled for a particular date. There is also an option to select sports that will be featured on the main platform for pre-match and in-play wagering.
The bet slip is conveniently located on the right side and doesn’t interfere with the rest of the content. My Account is displayed as a drop-down menu when you hover over it, but it doesn’t take up much space.
I could not find an option to change between dark and light mode. However, there were other ways I was able to customize my experience. In the “Account Settings” section, I could select whether I wanted my balance displayed on the top panel. I could also receive emails on news, deposits, and bet outcomes.
Mobile Betting
Mobile users can access 22Bet by visiting the website’s mobile version or downloading an app. The bookie offers native iOS and native Android apps. Find out more about the mobile betting experience below.
Mobile Web App
The mobile web app offered by 22Bet is slow and doesn’t follow the design of iOS and Android apps. The small font makes it harder to see the full market information, so navigation is challenging. There is no drop-down list of sports; I needed to select all or scroll horizontally to go through all options. Whenever I tried to access a different section, I needed to sit through an animation while the page loaded. The bet slip is also poorly designed, as it takes up the entire screen once you click it. You need to close it completely and add more markets. The same happens when you try accessing the main or accounts menu.
iOS App
The iOS app provides a much better mobile wagering experience. It is fast, with no lag when switching between sports or different sections. I could customize the footer to include the most interesting sections, turn on the dark theme, and decide what I want to see on “Popular Page.” Additionally, I could set up “quick bets” and “one-click” bets, and make several other tweaks for quicker betting. The app allowed me to track events I am interested in and select push notifications with an LED indicator for match events.
Navigation is user-friendly; you can reach any league with just three clicks. There is a search option at the top, and it displays results as soon as you start typing. You can also select frequently searched terms. The live streaming feature works great on the apps, with full-screen mode and no lag.
The only downside of the 22Bet app is the bet slip. When creating the accumulator, I needed to click on the odds and then on “Add to bet slip” for every market I wanted to add. Additionally, once you open the bet slip in full screen, you can’t close it and return to the same page. Instead, you need to click on one of the widgets in the footer.
The 22Bet app for iOS is available on the App Store in regions where the bookie has a local license. In Uganda, it has a 3.6 rating from 65 reviews. In Nigeria, it’s rated 4.0 from 704 reviews. The app for the Kenyan market is rated 4.2 from 104 reviews. Other iOS users can add it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on the iPad or iPhone home screen.
Android App
The 22Bet app for Android is the same as the iOS app in design and functionality. It is available for download on Google Play in Kenya, with a 3.9 rating from 35 reviews. Users from other regions must download the APK file from the bookie’s official website and install it by allowing unknown sources.
Security & Data Protection
22Bet states on its website that it uses “128-bit encryption SSL Version 3” to protect users’ data and personal information. No public information is available on whether the bookmaker keeps client funds in safeguarded trust accounts and separates them from the money it uses for operations.
It offers 2-FA (two-factor authentication), which can be enabled in “ACCOUNTS SETTINGS” and works with Google Authenticator. Biometrics and PIN protection are available on the bookie’s mobile app. You can also set a security question for added safety and review recent sessions.
Betting Tools & Features
22Bet provides users with various tools and features that make betting easier and more exciting, like the day’s leaderboard, forecast, cash out, and accumulator. You can read brief descriptions of each feature below.
22Bet Leaderboard
The 22Bet leaderboard allows you to earn points from your wagers. As you accumulate more points, you climb the leaderboard list. The platform rewards users at the top of the list with real cash prizes or free bets. One example is the leaderboard for the Club World Cup. The top 400 bettors for the group and knockout stages of the tournament were rewarded with cash prizes between 20 EUR and 5,000 EUR.
22Bet Forecast
Users participating in 22Bet Forecast must predict the result of up to 10 pre-selected matches. Those who are successful in their predictions are entitled to free bets. For example, 22Bet Zambia currently offers 20,000 ZMW (740 EUR) in free wagers for gamblers who predict all 10 matches correctly. Punters with 9 out of 10 get 2,000 ZMW (74 EUR), and those with 8 out of 10 receive 1,000 ZMW (37 EUR) in free bets.
Cash Out
22Bet refers to its cash out option as “Bet Slip Sale.” You can find it in the “My Bets” tab or in “Bet History” in the “My Account” section. Users can ”sell” their slip before it’s settled. You can make full or partial sales by navigating to the slip and choosing the “Sell” option. The “Autosale” feature allows you to determine the price of your slip. When the price is reached, the sale will take place automatically.
22Bet Accumulator of the Day
Navigating to the bottom of the “Sports” section’ll find the 22Bet Accumulator of the Day. The bookie lists several pre-made accumulators for live and pre-match betting composed of events taking place that day. They feature a “BONUS from 2Bet” addition at odds of 1.1. You can add any of the accumulators to your bet slip and stake the desired amount.

Age Verification Systems
The responsible gambling section is located in the footer of the website. However, you need to do a lot of scrolling to reach it. Placing an “RG” icon somewhere more conveniently would be better. The bookie displays the “Gambling can be addictive. Play responsibly.” message below its license details, along with an 18+ icon indicating age restrictions.
In its RG section, 22Bet offers advice on dealing with gambling problems and recommends that punters keep track of time and money spent on its platform. However, it doesn’t offer tools for automatic tracking of these activities. Additionally, no session reminders, flags for excessive losses, or personalized messaging exist.
Users can ask for self-exclusion, in which case the bookmaker temporarily blocks their account. Options include one month, several months, one year, five years, and permanent self-exclusion.
You can also place stake limits, limiting the amount you can bet. Finally, there is an option of restricting access to certain site sections or to turn off promotional messages. There is a minor issue of needing to contact Customer Support to use any of these tools.
The bookmaker also provides education on responsible gambling. It offers a self-assessment test and advice on how to lower the risk of developing gambling addiction. There is also a list of websites from non-profit organizations that provide help, including GambleAware, GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous, and Gordon Moody. I didn’t find any mention of current or past RG campaigns that 22Bet took part in. Additionally, the operator doesn’t share any reports or statistics on RG.
22Bet did a poor job of promoting responsible gambling on its app. No dedicated RG section or even a link would take you there. Instead, you can see it only by navigating to the “Info” section and clicking “Rules.” This opens up a “Terms and Conditions” file, where you can find the same RG information posted on the website.
Customer Support
22Bet offers 24/7 customer support, including weekends and holidays. It offers support for local languages in all countries where it operates with a license. Widely spoken languages like English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Hindi are also included.

The easiest way to contact customer support is through Live Chat. You can access this option by clicking on the website’s green icon or navigating to Other – Customer Support – Chat on the app. The chat starts with a virtual assistant, who will try to answer your question by offering scripted solutions. You can click on the “Contact operator” at the bottom to connect with an agent.
My experience was great, since the agent assigned to me was eager to help. They answered my questions promptly and showed remarkable patience. At the end of the chat, I could rate my experience.
You can also reach 22Bet customer service by sending an email, filling out the form on the website, giving them a call, or sending them a message on social media. The bookie also offers an FAQ section that solves various common problems. It is searchable and available in all languages the platform supports.
Betting Information Section
The bookmaker has a 22Bet News section, accessed through a link in the website’s footer. However, I was unable to find it on the app. In this section, punters can read the latest sports news, get predictions, access in-depth match analysis, and find other content related to betting education. I also checked out various guides, which are detailed and contain screenshots. There is also a search option that helped me easily find content I was interested in. It is only available in English.
The section is updated every couple of days with new material. The articles are created by betting experts and sports writers, and you can check the full list of contributors and their bios at the bottom of the page. There is an option to like and share the content, but no comments section exists.
The bookie also provides a wide range of betting information in its “Terms and Conditions” section. Here, you can find descriptions of different types of bets and check out practical examples. You’ll also find explanations of available markets, betting rules, and how each sport is regulated. On top of that, you’ll find Bet Calculators for Lucky, Patent, and System wagers.
Sponsorship
The sportsbook previously served as the African online betting partner of French powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain, but I couldn’t confirm that the partnership is still active. It sponsored the Esports team Beastcoast, best known for Dota 2, and the Esports organization 9INE, known for its success in Counter-Strike. However, neither of these sponsorships is no longer in place anymore. The bookmaker also served as the Official Awards Partner of KCCA FC, Uganda’s most successful football club, for the 2022-23 season.
Lately, 22Bet has focused on working with brand ambassadors to promote itself. The list includes former football stars Emmanuel Adebayor and Kevin Kurányi, Kenyan rapper Khaligraph Jones, Kenyan singer/songwriter Nadia Mukami, and Ugandan musician Spice Diana.
What Bettors Say About 22Bet
22Bet receives a mix of praise and criticism from punters. The praises focus on betting options, payment methods, customer support, and a user-friendly platform. The criticism is related to requests for additional documents before withdrawals, changes in available payment methods, blocked accounts, and aggressive ad campaigns on streams and YouTube.
On TrustPilot, 22Bet holds a TrustScore of 4.1 out of 2,535 reviews. I also noticed that the bookie’s team often replies to positive and negative reviews. For comparison, Stake has a 3.8 TrustScore, bet365 has 1.3 TrustScore, Bet9ja has 3.3 TrustScore, and Betwinner has 1.2 TrustScore.
Besides Betting
22Bet also provides a casino platform for its users. Slots have a separate section, and other casino games are bundled together. There are thousands of available slot options from providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetGame, Playtech, Hacksaw Gaming, and more. You can filter them according to providers or categories like “NEW,” “POPULAR,” and “RECENT.”
The “CASINO” section covers blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and game shows. You can choose between live casino games and electronic casino games.
