The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup full draw was held in Miami, United States, on December 5, 2024, and it promises a lot of big clashes, starting with the group stage. The competition will kick off on June 14 with the group stage, which will end on June 27, while the playoffs will run after that from June 28 to July 13. FIFA has decided to change the format of the Club World Cup from this edition onwards, as they will expand the competition to 32 clubs compared to only seven in the previous ones. There will be 12 UEFA teams, six CONMEBOL teams, four CAF teams, four AFC teams, four CONCACAF teams, one OFC team, and one team from the host country. The teams are split into eight equally sized groups of four teams each.
The group stage runs with the usual round-robin system, as the top two teams will qualify for the knockout stage. The knockouts will start on June 28 with the round of 16, followed by the quarterfinals, semifinals, and the final. This format is exactly the same as the FIFA World Cup for nations, and it will also be held every four years.
